The Netbook Plasma shell features two desktop activities, one for launching applications and one for using Plasma Widgets. There is a retracting panel at the top for the system tray. Switching applications is done with a widget in the top left corner. Needs to be verified
Many Asus users, especially eee pc series reported blank screen appearing after choosing either installation or live run. Error occurs as
can not mount /dev/loop1 on /cow
To avoid it it is advisable to choose discarded on shutdown, unless you save them elsewhwere option while creating bootable USB-drive from iso.
The future for the Netbook Plasma is expand and extend as a workspace. It still has some rought edges being ironed out and It will definitely provide with more sleekness and practical features in future releases.
